Technology, fashion, and Raymond’s longstanding commitment to craft and style add up to a modern shopping experience that appeals to younger “Indian gentlemen.” After decades in the ready-to-wear trade, Raymond wanted a new look and re-imagined appeal for younger shoppers. The company didn’t want to alienate brand loyalists, however, and they wanted to maintain and celebrate their ownership of materiality and craft. The new store design creates a modern, tech-enabled shopping experience to provide sartorial inspiration and high level, custom service amenities. This offer fashion insights and suggestions as well as a state-of-the-art service experience to streamline and elevate the act of shopping.
