The design of El Palacio de Hierro, with over 40 unique luxury departments, is founded on the idea of being a shopping destination that feels distinctly Mexican; reflecting the surrounding Polanco neighborhoods. Customers will discover an elevated shopping experience with a wide portfolio of stylish retail and food offerings, adding yet another dimension to the concept of “Totalmente Palacio”. Partnering with Gensler NY, our team was responsible for the design and implementation of the third floor: the Gourmet Food Hall, Men’s Department, and Technology Department.
